Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Dabba Meals. By subscribing to our tiffin services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Trial Plan

  • The 3-day trial plan is non-refundable once started.

  • No breaks, pauses, extensions, or carry-forward of meals are allowed in the trial plan.

  • Meals will be delivered as per the scheduled delivery slots.

  • No discounts, offers, or coupon codes are applicable on trial plans.


2. Prepaid Plans

  • All subscription plans are prepaid and non-refundable once activated.

  • A 15-day grace period from the plan end date is provided to complete any skipped meals.

  • Skipped meals will not be carried forward beyond the 15-day grace period.


3. Tiffin Handling & Security Deposit

  • Meals are delivered in stainless steel dabbas to maintain hygiene and freshness.

  • A refundable security deposit of ₹500 per dabba is charged at the start of the service.

  • Customers must return the tiffin daily at the time of the next delivery.

  • If a customer keeps more than 2 tiffins at a time, the upcoming meal will be delivered in a disposable plastic container, and additional charges will apply as per company policy.

  • Any loss, damage, or non-return of tiffin will be charged and adjusted against the security deposit.


4. Delivery Timings

  • Lunch delivery window: 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM

  • Dinner delivery window: 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM

  • Delivery timings may vary due to traffic, weather, or vehicle issues; your patience and cooperation are appreciated.

  • Room / Flat / Office Number is mandatory. Customers must clearly mention their room number, flat number, or office cubicle to avoid delivery delays or failed deliveries.


5. Menu & Changes

  • Dabba Meals follows a fixed North Indian menu for its regular plans.

  • Minor changes in the menu may occur based on ration, ingredient availability, or operational reasons.

  • Food quality, hygiene, and safety will always remain a top priority.
